Graphicast likes to think we gave the judges for this year’s Business NH Magazine’s “Best Companies to Work For” plenty of reasons to chose us.
Because of the nature of our business , we work with a several safety organizations to make sure we are current on regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Often, we have these people in for facility inspections. It is a good check and balance system that keeps us on track.
Graphicast is a member of Sigma-One (Concord NH). Graphicast was a founding member of this self insured trust that provides workers’ compensation insurance and achieves the benefits commonly associated with “conventional” insurance often found at much larger companies.
At our last facility visit, the Sigma-One group presented an award to Graphicast for our Claims Management. The Graphicast team has gone 29 months without a claim! This accomplishment speaks volumes about the people at our facility and the effort we put into safety. To be recognized and awarded for Zero Claims brings us a great sense of accomplishment.
