Job Title: Casting Operator

Operate casting machine to produce metal castings by performing the following duties:

Follow written procedures/instructions for producing parts
Assemble, mount and align mold in the casting machines
Transfer molten metal by hand ladle to casting machine
Pull castings from mold
Cut castings using a band saw
Monitor part quality as parts are produced

This job includes the need to walk, stand and lift up to 40 pounds. Use equipment with exposure to moving mechanical parts. The ability to follow directions, monitor casting machine and make in-process adjustments is key to success.

Job Title: CNC Milling Operator

Operate vertical CNC milling machines to produce milled metal castings by performing the following duties:

Follow written procedures/instructions for producing parts
Mount and remove castings from CNC fixtures
Deburr milled parts with hand and power-driven tools
Monitor part quality as parts are produced
Inspect milled features with precision measuring equipment and gauging
Preform light, prep and assembly work as needed

This job includes the need to walk, stand and lift up to 40 pounds. Use equipment with exposure to moving mechanical parts. Ability to follow directions, monitor CNC part production, and make in-process adjustments key to success.

Job Title: Shipping/Manufacturing Support

Work in shipping and machining departments by performing the following duties:

Verify information, counts, weights, labels, or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments
Determine method of shipment; assemble and pack crates and boxes; palletize shipments as needed
Perform secondary operations such as tumbling, filing, and grinding on parts prior to packing
Operate CNC milling equipment as needed to meet production needs

The job includes the need to walk, stand and lift up to 50 pounds; use equipment with exposure to moving parts.

Job Title: Designer

Design single or multiple cavity molds for the ZA12 casting process using CAD and CAM software
Design CNC fixturing
Work with customers to optimize part designs for casting
Manage engineering documentation
Support sales and manufacturing departments
